Wholesale Return Policy (Shoes)】
This policy applies to all shoe wholesale orders in our store, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, standardize the after-sales process, and clarify the return rules.
1. Return Window: Buyers can submit a return application within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods; no returns will be accepted after the deadline. For peak season and clearance orders, the return window is 7 days; for key customer orders, the return window is 14 days (subject to the order agreement).
2. Eligible Returns: Only returns for defective products, wrong shipments or missing shipments are accepted. No reason returns, wrong size selection, poor style selection, unsold inventory and other buyer's subjective reasons are not accepted.
3. Return Conditions: The returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, clean and free from deformation, with intact original packaging, tags and accessories, which will not affect secondary sales. If the goods do not meet these requirements, the seller has the right to refuse the return.
4. Special Notes: Shoes that are worn, artificially damaged, out-of-season, clearance items, or custom-sized/custom-styled are not eligible for return or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Shipping & Refund: For returns caused by defective products, wrong shipments or missing shipments, we will bear the round-trip cross-border shipping costs and issue a full refund. For returns caused by the buyer's subjective reasons (such as wrong style selection, wrong size prediction), the buyer will bear all shipping costs, and the purchase price will be fully refunded according to the actual quantity of goods (excluding shipping costs).
6. Processing Process: After receiving the return application, we will review it within 3 working days. After approval, we will inform you of the return address. The buyer sends the goods and provides the logistics tracking number. After we confirm receipt of the qualified return, we will complete the exchange or refund within 3-5 working days.
